In my opinion, Wendy Shay deserves new artist of the year—Shatta Wale

The  dance hall  king and ‘Only dem’ hit maker,  Shatta Wale, wrote on his social media handle  that in his opinion, Wendy Shay, from ruff town record deserves the ‘New Artiste Of The Year’.

Wendy Shay was signed to ruff town record last year after the death of Ebony(may her soul rest in peace).
